Our USA RDP servers run Windows Server. You connect to them with Remote Desktop.
What you need
- the server's IP address: log in to the client area, open Services and select your RDP server;
- the username Administrator;
- the password you chose or generated when you ordered.
From a Windows computer
- In the Start menu, search for Remote Desktop Connection and open it.
- Select Show Options.
- Enter the server's IP address in the Computer field and Administrator in the User name field.
- Select Connect and enter the password.
- The first time, Windows may warn that it cannot verify the server's certificate. If the IP address is your server's, tick the box so it does not ask again and select Yes.
From a Mac, iPhone, iPad or Android phone
Install Microsoft's free Windows App (it replaced the Microsoft Remote Desktop app), add a PC with your server's IP address, and log in as Administrator with your password.
